Ads will run for 3 consecutive months at advertised price. A month is defined as the span from the 1st calendar day to the last calendar day of any month. Any ad subscription submitted and paid for after the 10th calendar day of any given month will be added to the site the first calendar day of the following month. For example, if payment is received from the 11th calendar day of the month through the last calendar day, your ad will begin on the 1st day of the following month.
The first full month will begin the first day of the following month (except as noted below). For example, if your ad subscription is accepted and paid on the 11th of May the expiration of the ad subscription will not occur until the last calendar day of August as your ad would be activated on the 1st calendar day of June. This applies to any 3 month block or multiples thereof.
Any ad subscription submitted and paid for between the 1st day and 10th day of any given month will be added to the site, usually within 48 hours, will have that month considered as a full month. If, for some reason the ad does not get displayed until after the 10th calendar day, the remainder of that month shall not count as a month of paid advertisement.
Ad location from top to bottom and left to right is on a first come, first served basis. If a subscriber above you cancels their ad, yours will move left and up.
The Fine Print
The web site or its owner will not be liable for time the site may not be available to users due to any problems with the site's host, its connectivity, or unforeseen disasters such as routing problems anywhere or anytime on the Internet whether they be human error natural disasters.
Ads will run until the last day of the month of their paid subscription. Advertiser will be notified by e-mail approximately 30 days prior to their subscription end date with request for renewal. If no reply or payment submitted by the 25th day of the final month, it will be assumed the subscriber does not wish to renew and the ad will be removed within 3-5 business days from the 1st day of the following month.
You can contact me through the Contact Me button on the menu. Payment may be made by PayPal, Company Check, or United States Postal Money Order. Personal Checks and/or other forms of money orders must be held for 3-5 business days until they clear. This may delay your ad from being posted in a timely manner and could affect the overall time of display.
Caveat: Normally the advertisement area is visible on every page giving your company maximum exposure. There are currently 3 pages where the content will overwrite the sidebar with the advertisement logos. While there may be more in the future, none are anticipated at this time.
